We are looking for amazing, data-driven growth consultants to join our Team.
The Role
We’re assembling an all-star cast of sales & marketing growth experts – a team of lean, mean, digitally fluent, content and campaign creating machines to take our clients’ sales & marketing to the next level.
You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing to close those leads into customers for our clients.
The sort of client work we do:
- Build and manage rich content/editorial calendars that attract qualified audiences to our client properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
- Optimise marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
- Build CRM and sales capability within businesses to drive efficiencies, and grow leads, conversions and sales.
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales teams to understand how inbound marketing activity turns into into customers, and continually refine processes to convert customers.
Requirements:
- BA/BS marketing degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years experience in marketing preferred.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
- Proficiency in HubSpot (Marketing Software, CRM Software and Inbound Certification) sales & marketing automation and blogging software features in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
- Proficiency/certifications in any of: SEO, Google products, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn advertising would be an added advantage.
- Bonus skills: video production, HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.
- A can do, client first and Team focussed attitude.

As part of our expansion, we’re looking for Trainee Growth Consultants to join our Team.
Successful applicants will join an 18 month training programme which will see them join one of the UK & Ireland’s most exciting digital consultancies.
You’ll learn new skills by working with Team members who are in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing to close those leads into customers for our clients.

The Role
We’re fast becoming one of the UK & Ireland’s leading growth agencies and our Team and business is growing fast.
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the team. You will become an integral part of the team, managing a portfolio of our key clients and be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel campaigns.
You will work closely with our clients to understand their business and objectives, and offer creative and strategic input to propose the right solutions, and then work with our internal team to deliver campaigns on time-scale and to budget.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead on a portfolio of accounts and manage day to day client communication
- Project manage campaigns across the full marketing mix, ensuring they are on brief from concept to delivery
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels
- Understand our client’s business and objectives; input strategically to develop creative briefs
- Work-flow management – liaising with internal creatives and external suppliers where needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Account Management
- Management of integrated campaigns; creative, branding, content, digital, PR and social.
- Hands-on delivery experience and stakeholder management
- BA/BS marketing degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
- Bonus skills: Experience with HubSpot, proficiency/certifications in any of: SEO, Google products, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn advertising would be an added advantage.
